The proposed framework emphasizes data acquisition, intelligent analytics, predictive modeling, strategic insight generation, and performance monitoring to facilitate timely and informed managerial decisions. Furthermore, the framework incorporates real-time business intelligence and AI-driven forecasting techniques to enhance operational efficiency, risk management, resource optimization, and competitive advantage. The effectiveness of the proposed framework is evaluated using key performance indicators including decision accuracy, financial performance, operational efficiency, revenue growth, return on investment, customer satisfaction, and strategic agility. The findings indicate that integrating artificial intelligence with advanced data analytics significantly enhances organizational responsiveness, improves financial outcomes, and supports sustainable business growth in highly competitive digital environments.
