Introduction - Bioterrorism is a constant threat to global health. It is imperative to update the surveillance systems for every country by sharing the experience from other countries. Surveillance systems not only help in the early detection of the threat but also elicit a timely response. Thus, the review intended to summarize the information available in the public domain pertaining to the surveillance systems of different countries.
