Blockchain technology has become a disruptive force in the retail industry, introducing new methods to improve supply chain and customer loyalty program transparency. This study explores the application of blockchain technology in the context of retail operations, focusing in particular on how the technology may change consumers' degree of engagement and trust in brands.
